The group is headed by Tony Lenan. Tony practiced law for many years specialising in the areas of property development, commercial leasing and conveyancing prior to transitioning to the property development industry.
Firestar’s primary focus is the bulky goods retailing sector. Generally in consultation with our key group of national tenants we identify and acquire suitable sites for new retail showrooms. We then construct and lease the showrooms .Our developments are generally sold shortly after completion giving our purchasers a new fully let retail showroom or bulky goods centre in a fantastic position with secure long term leases, great depreciation benefits and great long term capital gain potential. Generally ranging in value from $1M to $10M our properties are particularly popular with self managed superannuation funds, and other private investors.
We also undertake refurbishment and re-leasing projects and operate outside the bulky goods sector on occasion by developing small to mid-sized shopping centres, commercial offices and light industrial projects.

Firestar also provides a commercial and retail consultancy service. We work with tenants in identifying suburbs or towns in which they want to establish new stores. We then identify suitable sites and either acquire and develop the required new store or, where that is not feasible, negotiate the lease of an existing store on behalf of the tenant.
